  The store is beautiful. I found the 3 different prices on the meat confusing. Then we stood for 10 minutes at the fish counter. No one acknowledged us. We gave up and walked away. We were not the only ones. Tops would sell more fish if they manned the counter. A vendor offering samples nearby felt bad and called out for the fish guy several times to no avail. A half hour later when we walked by, the fish counter person was there. The sauce vendor called us over. When we said it was too late the fish man made a snotty comment. Were we supposed to wait upon his convenience? I don't think so.
